I contacted them when I first received the pump due to a loose pin in the cable and never received a reply. Me I'm sorry I didn't get a hit and then sent it back.The overall construction looks ok but I knew straight away the pump was going to be a problem.Two stars because it worked well while it worked. ) WOW that was two years and looking back, I think I was right but then I got a two year discount on a relatively cheap skimmer. He made a few puffs and did his job, filled his bowl and what not, how it should start with a good **ok**, he is well built, although id broke as much effort as it took sometimes drip bowl off, but no, it worked fine. It works really well for a small device, it can be installed inside and outside the tank, although I've had better results with it in the joint. The only thing I had to replace was the air hose as it became stiff and cracked. **Poor** The cup assembly is very difficult to remove, especially when in a small space. You will learn to tighten it as little as possible. The air hose gets clogged when it has a seam, like wherever I put it, it fills up with dirt and stops working. The pump had to be disconnected and reconnected several times. times, and ultimately I think it's what you pay for. now, two years later, the pump is still running, mind you, but I am SHOCKED when I touch it. Overall I bought this pump because it was cheap but looked decent and I can say I have benefited from it. If you need a skimmer but are on a budget, this skimmer might be for you. but if you have money you can look for something easier to maintain. For the total cost alone I give it 4 out of 5. But now that it's time to replace, I think I'll get a reef octopus.
