When I looked at the ImageLab Slide Scanner I was skeptical that some people might like it and some people might not. Since I needed something for work, I decided to buy a slide scanner and just take a chance and let it work for me. Well I used it the same day I received it and found it gives great results. No matter what I read, it takes a complete fool to screw it up. I had no PROBLEMS and the device worked exactly as intended. My only complaint is how do I get replacement drawers? You get three (plus 3 35mm negative trays) with the unit. I would like to have TEN or more compartments so I can show more slides at once. There was a small error, but I solved it with a small screwdriver. It opened the damn trays. I couldn't have done it without the help of my trusty screwdriver. But other than that, the device worked great. I'll keep it to myself even if I never find replacement trays.
