UPDATE: I previously gave this product two stars because the device would not connect to my wifi even with tech support. God, has everything changed for the better? A wonderful and dedicated tech assistant named "Chloe" informed me that there is an updated Sensibo device with better Wi-Fi connectivity. The refurbished unit was sent to me and, alternatively, connected perfectly to my WiFi and now works with the ductless air conditioning. The application is easy to understand and use, unlike the Tado device which I will now be replacing with a second Sensibo for the second air conditioner. I was told that this updated Sensibo device would be Apple Homekit compatible by the end of the year, which was a huge plus for me as my house is fully automated through Apple Homekit. If the device is updated for use with Homekit I'll happily change my rating to 5 stars! Thank you Chloe for your determination, persistence and professionalism in handling this issue with me.
