    I used to be a satisfied Sensibo Sky customer but I'm not anymore. It was a good product, but now Sensibo has updated its app to manage its product, removing features that were originally included, and now charging Plus* service fees for their usage at an additional $2.99 per month. Sorry, it was good before they developed the Plus* service, but I don't pay the $2.99 monthly fee and now I don't like or recommend Sensibo anymore.     Works great with Fujitsu mini splits

    Works great with my mini split, IFTTT and Ecobee sensors. Because the temperature sensor is in my mini split, it doesn't track the room temperature very accurately. Problem solved! I am using 2 eco cooker remote sensors to average the temperature on the first floor. IFTTT triggers turn the device on and off based on room temperature. I also have triggers to turn on the mini split heater when it drops below 55 degrees outside so the house doesn't get too cold at night. Easy setup, great app…

To my pleasant surprise, my >10 year old Kenmore Windows air conditioner was immediately recognized and connected to it and it works great.     I bought Sensibo after trying a competitor product, Puck. After getting frustrated with getting Puck to work with my Senville mini split, I was hoping for a better experience with Sensibo. And to my pleasant surprise, Sensibo turned out to be a great choice! I had some setup difficulties trying to get the device to connect to my home wifi, but I went to the Sensibo website and followed the troubleshooting guide which helped.     UPDATE: I previously gave this product two stars because the device would not connect to my wifi even with tech support. God, has everything changed for the better?     It has been 9 months since I owned the device. It worked pretty well. Sometimes the WiFi router gets disconnected so I have to set it up and reconnect, which is annoying.     Interesting, wasn't expecting too much from this little device. I'm surprised it actually works that well. It's not hanging on my wall, it's on a shelf.     Great at first, now it's rubbish

    Wi-Fi controller didn't support my air conditioner and remote but after emailing Sensibo (about 6 that I'd like to say have better support, who helped and added my controller even replied to my email at 12:00 during the day, what more could you ask for) it works great as advertised.     Cool device even cooler Support

    I bought this device a few weeks ago after ruling out some similar devices from my search after reading about the problems they were causing. Sensibo Sky was one of the cheap options with all the features I needed (Alexa, App, SmartThings - not currently supported but works for me - but with no issues. The app is very easy to use. It only took a few minutes to install , and before long I was able to ask Alexa to turn my air conditioner on or off. Admittedly, I wasn't entirely thrilled with this
