This mirror really surprised me! It's solid polished metal, the hinge wobbles a bit and the light is awesome! 3 different settings for different lighting effects (bright, warm and cool/daylight) plus a 10x magnifying mirror on the back that also lights up and really works! I could see every pore! My husband installed and said the hardware was strong and good quality, as were drywall screws. This is perfect for my dark bathroom (the window is behind me so I always light up when I put on makeup and it never works properly). I feel like it will last and recharge for a long time! So no battery change necessary. The charging cable is long so you don't have to place it near an outlet. Love it!
