update 15/10/20141 month and 3 airports later the backpack still looks brand new I have to say it's not BIG it's HUGE it fits a 17.3" Laptop, AC adapter, Nikon D7100 with 18-200 lens in camera bag, light jacket and iPad to leave room for more. The separate laptop zip allows you to get through security quickly, it feels very light and the straps are very comfortable if you have to carry it for a long time. The only thing that doesn't match the overall feel of the backpack is the top handle, which is a little flimsy, but that's not a problem for me as I almost never grab it by the top handle. I am very satisfied with this backpack. Excellent, durable, light, large. The construction looks very solid, the materials feel pleasant. Recommended 100%
