Wow, this hat is awesome! I bought it for my husband, but now I don't want to give it to him. I want to keep it for myself!The entire inside is lined with a super soft fur-like material, so your head feels like it's encased in a fluffy cloud. The outside is a semi-slick water resistant material that looks like the water will just bead up and slide off. The chin strap closes with a plastic buckle.The other best part about this hat is the face shield. My husband snowblows 2 properties every year, and usually uses a neck gaiter or bandana to cover his face from the blowout of snow. This face shield will work great. It's got the same water resistant lining on the outside, and attaches to either side of the hat with metal snaps. The inside lining of the face shield is not the same as the inside of the rest of the hat, it's more like a regular fleece lining. The face shield is completely removable if you don't want to have it on.Overall, fabulous hat! Perfect for Wisconsin winter weather. If I give this to my husband, I may have to order another for myself!
