Took about 6 months
The initial installation went well. It's not the easiest, but if you follow Youtube's instructions, everything should be successful. My window stopped moving after about six months. When I removed the door panel I saw that the cable was tangled around the main drive where the motor is connected. I will try to take it apart and see if it can be salvaged but not sure if it will last long. It seemed like an inexpensive replacement that should last a long time, but perhaps the factory unit is sturdier.
