Review on 🚀 Enhanced Creality Motherboard: Customized Non Standard, Boosting Performance by Rob Madden

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Nice update from Board v1.1.4.

Wonderful! I installed this upgrade board v1.1.5 in my Ender 3 pro and wasn't expecting anything more than quieter stepper motors and no salmon skin. I've got more. On cardboard 1.1.4 I extruded at 140% and 225°C with a layer temperature of 60°C to get a decent print. After installing update 1.1.5 I am now extruding in some slicers at 100% or 1.0 and my nozzle temp is 200°C and the layer temp is 50°C when I print with eSun PLA+ and the prints are really good. good thread. The salmon skin has disappeared from my prints, although there still seems to be some slight ringing or ghosting in my prints. The small vertical lines converge. Not as noticeable as 1.1.4, but still there. Now I hear nothing but the fans are running. No more digital symphony, as someone else called it. Fitting. I bought the 1.1.5 upgrade board with the Ender 3 Pro firmware and bootloader already installed. Less hassle for me and it works flawlessly. Would buy it again without hesitation.

Pros
  • Driver - TMC2225 driver and Creality V0.0.6 firmware (based on Marlin 2.0.1) for V4.2.7 board. The boot loader is pre-installed.
