Terrible smartphone access and support

Was looking for a network drive for cloud storage. I got an added bonus when I found that it supports DLNA. Now I can play my entire music library through Roku. And it works well with support for playlists you create with Windows Media Player. Setup was pretty easy. However, the Android Webaccess app requires a lot of work. This is clearly not user friendly. Also, I don't have the ability to manipulate views like in Windows Explorer. Also, I cannot delete my files from my smartphone/tablet. I'm doing this through Windows 10's explorer. I didn't get any support from Buffalo when I was struggling to set up the Webaccess auto-download feature. You didn't answer my letter. I keep getting the folder error message from my smartphone and tablet. I found out later that I had to use the admin login. Also, it would be nice if I could select folders on my device to backup. Update: Support for non-English web access. The app has not been updated since 2017. Now it doesn't work with Samsung S9 latest Android version. I can't set up WiFi. Therefore, you cannot upload files from your smartphone. Also, in earlier versions of Android, you cannot see the file operation menu on Samsung phones and tablets. Good drive for Windows, but the smartphone interface was my priority. WEBACCESS app support is terrible so I will look for another cloud solution.
