Ok hope this helps someone else. These headlights fixed the lighting problem on my car. Situation: My vehicle did not turn on my trailer's headlights, but other vehicles did. My car has lit other trailer lights and all of my connector pins have passed the test. It turned out that the trailer light control on my car recognized the regular bulbs as shorted and turned them off. LED bulbs have no filaments, so when off, they can't have a closed circuit like a regular bulb does. I switched to these LED lights on my trailer and everything works great. These new cars are getting too smart to handle old technology. The parking lights are averagely bright and when you step on the brakes or honk, they are very bright.
