Review on Im OnCall by William Bell

I like the fact that I can log in to the site from anywhere at any time and access my account. The interface is very easy to use and navigate. I also like the fact that I can upload and send files to my clients when I am on the phone with them. I dislike that I have to log in to the site every time I want to use it. I would like for it to be more like a desktop application where I can log in and use the site without having to log in again. I would also like for there to be more ways to use the site other than just through the phone call. I love that I can use the site from anywhere at anytime to help clients. This is very helpful for me as I am working from home. It helps me keep up to date with my clients.
