Ideal for beginners. A few tips for accessories.

Update: For those who want to take pictures on the go when the subject is not close to the camera (e.g. throwing a toy when a dog is running away from you, wildlife and poles), I highly recommend checking out the following Lens: Nikon AF-S DX NIKKOR 55-300mm f/4.5-5.6G ED Vibration-reducing autofocus zoom lens for Nikon digital SLR cameras. Great camera, I bought it mainly to photograph my dog in motion. Luckily I bought it on Black Friday and it was significantly cheaper than the regular retail price. I love this camera, I have no problem with it, and by exporting images in RAW format, I can post-process them in Adobe software (e.g. Photoshop, Lightroom). I'm by no means a professional photographer, I'm someone who reads information online and then tries to go out and take a picture. Attached are some photos that I took this way (ie without post-processing). I also have a few accessories that I think are great, namely: Remote Timer SHOOT MC-DC2 Remote Timer for Nikon D90 D600 D610 D3100 D3200 D3300 D5000 D5100 D5200 D5300 D7000 Digital SLR Cameras. This is ideal for long exposures and also when the camera is on a tripod. - RevainBasics Tripod Lightweight 50" tripod with pouch for any standard Nikon lens and metal telescope. Ideal for viewing the sky with a telescope, as well as images from a microscope. Camera Bag Medium soft DSLR travel bag/bag with padded inner lining and detachable, adjustable clip-on strap. Large and easy to carry - EasyCover ECND3300B Camera Case Silicone Camera Case for Nikon D3300/3400 (Black). Provides protection and a comfortable grip. Filter/Lens Starter Kit 52mm Accessory Starter Kit for Nikon DSLR Vivitar Wide Angle and Telephoto Lens Kit
