This bit is amazing. I work as a locksmith in Nashville and constantly visit newly built homes with the worst frame I've ever seen. Nothing is even, and of course customers who buy these homes are left with locks that lock or don't lock/lock at all. Even on the commercial side where strike plates can be machined from 1/4" grade 3 steel, this attachment will take care of any bolt adjustment. It eats whatever I need and leaves a nice, smooth trail with minimal cleaning. Easily one of my best tools.
