Excellent deburring tool

We bought these to change some holes in 1/2" sheet steel. I had to change 24 holes so I bought 3 nozzles to have a spare. or two just in case one wears out. A drill did all the modifications. It was never necessary to use the other two bits. So I'm happy with the quality and durability. We have used them in drill bits and milling tools (low speed) which I would buy again.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than other picks

Breaks off in less than 1 minute

This thing broke off at the bottom of a ridge in seconds first. Completely useless and waste of money. Second, I don't know where they get the 1/2" cutter size. The burr is the same diameter as the shank, 6mm or 1/4 inch. The burr is about 1 inch long, I didn't measure it. 1/ 2 inch is never included in the picture Save money buy another brand.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Some difficulties

Works well on cast iron

I needed this tool to line up holes on a cast iron intake manifold. It didn't have to be opened too far, about 1/8 inch in radius. This tool easily removed the necessary material, leaving a good surface. It was easy to ride and didn't snag or damage in the process. It was made for a twin cylinder cast iron intake manifold. Will use it again for my next porting project.

Pros
  • Pretty packaging
Cons
  • Hard to tell

It works with cutting tools

I ordered this to enlarge the washer holes in the Wolf series range hood. Wolf no longer supports the hood, so I was alone when the puck light went out. thanks wolf I ordered some LED light washers but had to modify the hood. It did the job BUT the sawdust is tiny, brutally sharp and oh so plentiful. Sawdust or they go everywhere and you have to protect your whole face. Keep an eye on it and you've got a problem.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

A must for those who work metal on a regular basis

This bit is amazing. I work as a locksmith in Nashville and constantly visit newly built homes with the worst frame I've ever seen. Nothing is even, and of course customers who buy these homes are left with locks that lock or don't lock/lock at all. Even on the commercial side where strike plates can be machined from 1/4" grade 3 steel, this attachment will take care of any bolt adjustment. It eats whatever I need and leaves a nice, smooth trail with minimal cleaning. Easily one of my best…

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • Damaged

Handy tool for various purposes.

I used this tool to reduce the thickness of an MDF baseboard. I clamped the drill to the table and used shims to get the desired thickness (the distance from the table top to the edge of the tool). Although this tool was designed for metal, it slowly but surely cuts through MDF, leaving a factory-like finish on the finished piece. I also used the narrow end of the tool (SB-5) to sand off the excess epoxy in the window. blind repair project. I used a hand drill and some gentle maneuvers to wipe…

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • The list will go on.
