Review on 8GB (2X4GB) DDR2 SODIMM RAM for Dell Latitude E6400 - PC2-6400 800MHz Memory Upgrade by Simo Ramsey
Works in my Dell m1530
Went straight into my Dell m1530 and as soon as the BIOS noticed there was a change it started working (I have the latest BIOS). I ordered this memory due to random Windows freezes and a memory check revealed an error. I haven't seen any hitches with this memory, but after a long series of memory checks, Dell reported an error. It could be a controller, but it is not yet known.
