Love this product. The care in wrapping to ensure no scratches as well as the white cotton gloves (nice touch). Why 4 stars not 5? Install instruction were difficult to follow. Too much drawing, dotted lines, small and not for the average. Luckily, I have installed faucets before. However, it really is so easy to install faucets but well written instructions can make it less intimidating. If there were more written, to match the drawing, it would open the door for more sales. You do not need a plumber to install this! Also the hoses should be offered in different lengths. They came in 20 inches and I needed 24 inches. I couldnt find a 6" hose or an adapter that fit. I had to buy 2 16 inch universal hoses and coil them under my sink. Added $24 to the purchase price.I positioned the handles to bring out my sink (in case you thot it was a mistake).
