There are so many pizza turners out there that it's hard to choose just one. I'm happy to report that it's good. I decided to go over the edges with this sandpaper just to make it even smoother. Unlike other blades I've read about there wasn't anything to cut you, I just tweaked it a bit and it took about two minutes. The paddle is well built, with solid riveted construction and metal fittings on the handle that bolt together quickly and securely. I would buy this paddle again and recommend it. I have nothing against this aluminum item, but I would happily pay double for a stainless steel paddle that nobody seems to make.
