This was a sensor replacement on my 2007 F150 with a 5.4 liter 3v V8 engine. It's easy to install overall, but despite following Ford's instructions, I still broke one of the mounting screws when removing the old one. Long story short, I had to buy a used throttle body from an auto dismantler because the old bolt couldn't be drilled out. bad. When you remove your old sensor, spray the mounting screws with PB Blaster or some type of penetrating oil. Let stand 30 minutes to an hour. Then use a heat gun to soften the Loctite nicely. The screws should now come out nice and easy. This worked fine for me when I replaced the throttle body. In general it works great.
