Heavy pans for my opinion
The pans are heavy and sturdy. The non-stick property is AMAZING! My son loves using this to cook chicken, turkey burgers and asparagus. He says it comes eggs perfectly. We do use a little avocado oil when frying. The coating is great! Nothing has stuck to the pans, so cleanup is easy. We have only used silicon utensils. This set is all you need! Very pleased with these so far. It's almost like cast iron. The pans have not warped when used in the oven at 350 degrees. Recommend!
