I bought these to install a new ceiling fan. The ceiling fan requires 2 light bulbs. After installing the lights, I noticed that one of them was dimmer than the other and kept blinking. I assumed the problem was with my new ceiling fan. After fixing the ceiling fan and finding no electrical problem I started looking at the lightbulbs, swapping them from one outlet to another and swapping out the 3rd lightbulb in the pack and lo and behold it WAS the lightbulbs not the ceiling fan. . 2 of the 3 bulbs I received were broken. I bought another brand, put it in a ceiling fan, problem solved. Don't buy these, poor quality control and I had to spend a day on the stairs to find out.
