Need this very random combination, works great!

I got into a strange situation when I needed this particular adapter to connect an iPhone (without an audio jack) to a Bluetooth port in the car. The car only had RCA connectors. This adapter was just what I needed so I can now listen to anything but the car stereo again! :)
