I bought it in August 2016. I contacted them for help with the installation. Their support team was pretty quick to respond. Worked for two days after installation. The results were as promised. Stopped working after two days. I want the head and installed it as the manufacturer told me. And again it worked and the results were as promised. Two days later it stopped working again. I contacted support and they gave me a list of things that need to be fixed. I went through the list and it worked again, but only for one day this time. I emailed customer service again but no response this time. After a few weeks I contact support service again and again no response. Another month and a half later I emailed customer service again and again no response. The company doesn't have a phone number to reach them and they are pretty terrible with email replies. Please run away from this product and save your money.
