Love these shoes, bought 5 pairs. Great fit and very good cushioning. Ideal for a decent amount of walking throughout the day. I'll try them for a 1-3 mile walk. But they don't have the support of big name running shoes (I prefer ASICS). I doubt they'll be enough for much longer daily walks, and certainly no more than 5 miles a day. I also managed to buy: Damyuan Men's Gym Running Shoes Hiking Shoes Casual Lightweight Lightweight Lace-up Shoes. They don't have the support for serious running/walking. These are casual shoes only. I can wear them comfortably without socks on short trips. This is the lightest shoe I've ever bought. I have 5 pairs in stock so I obviously love them.
