I've been exercising for 20 years. I usually use water during my workouts. All I can say about this is that I've used it for maybe 10-12 workouts, first during workouts and recently sipping 1 scoop about 20 minutes before a workout fairly quickly and another scoop during workouts. The taste is amazing on a bohemian. 5/5 Performance gains or faster recovery are either non-existent or too small to be noticed IN MY EXPERIENCE. It may bring some benefits. For me, it's a $65 sugar bath and a little more. Tastes great, apart from pure drinking water I didn't notice any increased endurance, performance or better recovery. It has some electrolytes in it and tastes really good. overall less garbage than gatorade and powerade. Good taste. Should be half price. 2/5 stars
