Trailer feels and pulls much softer. On my first ride after installation, a friend followed me and remarked on how smooth the trailer was. The tires, and now the suspension, absorbed the bumps in the road, but the trailer stayed flat and smooth. Much less content movement. Great upgrade! The trailer doesn't have shock absorbers, I've thought about adding them as well, but I'm not sure if it would be necessary now or worth the cost.
