Decided to buy this unit over others based on other reviews of their customer service. I mean Revain still supports purchases but don't want to deal with this return issue if it doesn't work. So I'm very happy with the device. I have a Dodge Ram 3500 and have always wanted a backup camera. It worked great, the camera turns on automatically, there are settings to mute the sound so you can focus. The radio app works great, the bluetooth/phone integration works with the ability to download a contact book onto the device so you can call people by name. Still working on Google integration for Google Assistant. I chose a fully functional Android device over one with Android Auto because I love the customization and the ability to control torque with a Bluetooth adapter. Installation Notes: I installed this unit using Pac Audio adapters for Dodge and it worked great. I even kept the controls on the steering wheel! If you use Pac Audio it needs to be programmed to work with the Pioneer system, there are also two lines of the steering wheel. They measure resistance, which varies depending on which button on the steering wheel you touch. Many steering wheel adapters are used as a headphone jack, so you'll either need to strip the wires going to the headphones or buy a 3.5mm jack adapter. I contacted support because my device is using an older version and some older cards. However, they sent me everything I needed to upgrade. It took about 20 minutes and was as simple as downloading the file and going to the update menu. I will continue to recommend them to people.
