Customer service was excellent!

Before purchasing the product I watched a lot of videos and researched how to install a two din stereo system and it all seemed pretty easy and straight forward. Immediately after purchase, I connected all the necessary cables together, but the sound did not work. I have emailed customer service to see if other customers are having this issue again. I do not agree with the reviews for this product. It seems that several different models are hosted here and that is misleading. My comments refer to cs-jd-an-03. Returned. misleading description. Bad functionality.

Where to start. Good. Good big screen, a bit dimmer than my previous Pioneer, or maybe it had less contrast, it was definitely harder to see in broad daylight. Some nice features to experiment with. Android head unit with customer support!

Decided to buy this unit over others based on other reviews of their customer service. I mean Revain still supports purchases but don't want to deal with this return issue if it doesn't work. MUCH better than the factory radio!

I installed this stereo in my 2015 Jeep Wrangler JK two days ago and it works fantastic. I used "Metra Radio Data Interface with SWC for Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep 2004-up" to connect this unit and my Jeep's radio ports. I also used a "Metra 95-6511 Chrysler/Jeep DDIN 2007 Dash Kit" for the brackets and a "Metra Gm/euro Antenna Adapter" to get the antenna working. Problem with multiple apps running at the same time

Update February 2, 2019 The company tried very hard to fix all the problems I had. Overall very happy with the device, I only use my phone for navigation. Next time I will still buy a device with more than 1 GB RAM. I've found that with only 1GB of RAM, it's difficult to run two apps at the same time. This means if you want to use IHeartRadio or pandora while driving, your navigation running in the background will often quit. Makes the navigation useless because you never know if it works or…
