Before purchasing the product I watched a lot of videos and researched how to install a two din stereo system and it all seemed pretty easy and straight forward. Immediately after purchase, I connected all the necessary cables together, but the sound did not work. I have emailed customer service to see if other customers are having this issue again. They responded quickly and helped resolve the issue. The sound works great, the bluetooth connection to my phone is fantastic and it looks really nice in my car! The only problem was installing it the first time. It was a great purchase for the money spent!
