Review on ServiceTree by Jason Robinson

I have been using this software for a few years now. It's simple, has a lot of great features, and is inexpensive. I love how it allows me to keep track of all my tickets in a simple, organized way. I wish it allowed for more customization. I wish it would have some more features that allowed me to customize certain aspects of my software. I also wish that they allowed for a mobile phone app. I am able to keep track of all of my tickets in one place. I have been able to keep track of all my tickets for the past few years now.
