I have been using this software for a few years now. It's simple, has a lot of great features, and is inexpensive. I love how it allows me to keep track of all my tickets in a simple, organized way. I wish it allowed for more customization. I wish it would have some more features that allowed me to customize certain aspects of my software. The ability to create custom workflows as well has being able to assign tasks/tickets from multiple sources (email or ticketing) into one workflow which makes my life easier! I don't think there are any downsides at this point in time but if anything comes up we can always look back over previous releases with our customers feedbacks / issues etc - so far nothing major i would say!
