The ability to create custom workflows as well has being able to assign tasks/tickets from multiple sources (email or ticketing) into one workflow which makes my life easier! I don't think there are any downsides at this point in time but if anything comes up we can always look back over previous releases with our customers feedbacks / issues etc - so far nothing major i would say! Easy setup & easy use once set-up using drag n drop feature where needed rather than having code written out by hand again no problems here just minor learning curve initially when setting things up however after some training everything runs smoothley now :).
