I had to buy another one as there are no replacement parts. The metal latches are loose and easily fall out when inserted into the plastic holder. Thus, the latches can be easily released when using the tool. When this happens, the latch will break the plastic retainers that should hold the latches securely. The plastic part broke when releasing the latch and there are NO replacement parts, even on the Dritz side. This works as intended as long as each piece stays in place. But that's not the case. I had some really old Dritz snap pliers - NO plastic parts. I lost it (I think it fell off the table into the bin). I would give anything to find another one just like this!
