I can't believe I paid for it, the quality is disgusting.
They took 2 of these, after 3 years one died completely, the second drains a bunch of water into a container for grounds. We bought by bank transfer, they didn’t fill out the warranty cards for us, they don’t restore the purchase documents, without this they don’t accept the guarantee. Will not buy from this company again and will not recommend to friends. Take an example from Phillips, they accepted the steam generator without any documents at all, apologized, and fixed everything.
- Perfectly brews coffee, for undemanding coffee lovers, it only works for 3 years in total.
- Neither the degree of grinding nor the size of the bookmark affect the brewing time of coffee, it is not clear how. The container with milk is not convenient, it is better to take the model simply with steam supply, wash the container every time, an amateur occupation.
