I have a 36 liter front tank and a 75 liter aquarium. This net is big enough for me to catch nimble fish in any environment. For some reason my fish don't mind the black mesh in this case and generally don't run away like they do when I use the white nylon mesh. I really like the longer handle so my hand doesn't sink so deep into the water. In the corners where my tank is parked, this net can be tricky to maneuver, but it's worth it! Large area allows you to catch both large and small fish. I don't know if the guppy fry goes through the net or not because I didn't try to catch my little fry with it. But for the rest of my fish I just love this net!
