I'm returning my Surface Pro 7 to Amazon because my device is randomly freezing and I'm asking for a refund. Troubleshooted with Microsoft Tech Support, unfortunately the issue persists even after restarting the device. I'm a bit disappointed in my experience considering this is my first terrestrial device and I had to deal with this issue considering I paid $60 to ship this device from US to Qatar have. Hope this doesn't happen to other customers. UPDATE: I tried the Surface Pro 7, I did not return the device to Amazon in hopes that a software update would fix the problem. I still experience random touchpad freezes from time to time, just want to clarify that only the touchpad freezes, the keyboard works and the system is responsive. I have a 2 year warranty from the Microsoft website on the device. If it still hangs badly in the first year, send it in for repair. Update 2: In the last 6 months of use my SP7 is free from the trackpad issue, I don't know what update or firmware version I installed to fix it. I just installed all the updates from Microsoft and will keep updating if the problem reoccurs
