UPDATE! The store contacted me after my review and said that they would like to offer me a new keyboard, that they support their products. I appreciate it very much. I'm typing on it now and still have no broken/duplicate letters, syncs with my Surface just fine and I'm a happy person again. Overall, this keyboard feels better than the old official Surface keyboard. I miss my red keyboard on the surface, but this keyboard is MUCH better than my original one. Just a note - make a habit of turning it off unless you're connected with a micro USB cable. I came somewhere once after leaving my surface in my bag overnight and the keyboard died. I could borrow a line, but I would have drowned. That was my fault, but just a warning if you didn't previously have a Bluetooth-powered keyboard and the Surface keyboard didn't need to be charged. First Review After only a few weeks of using this keyboard, some letters are being typed twice including the t, c and f keys. Unfortunately the return period has expired so there is no way to return this. I am very disappointed that it has already started to fail and as someone who does a lot of typing during the day this is going to drive me crazy. You need to buy a new keyboard. :(
