1. This machine is so slow the epoxy just drips off. 2. The foam used to hold the cups is so thin cups tipping (maybe good for a coffee mug but not for a 20 ounce glass)3. The sticks do not come off easily, making them very difficult to use.4. One of the two spinners is very loud. I wouldn't be surprised if it's a bad engine. Bottom line: don't waste your money. Upgrade your device to a better one if you want to use it for business. If you only want to use it from time to time, this might be for you, but I wouldn't recommend it.
