Review on NONO Bracket - Set of 3 Outside Mounted Blinds Curtain Rod Attachment Brackets, Black by John Bones

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I would recommend always buying 3 packs

This product is definitely unique and very useful. Almost 5 stars just for convenience. I recently moved into an apartment where I regularly install curtain rods. It was a pain to photograph and patch/paint the walls. I was looking for a better alternative for my new apartment with those horrible simple vertical blinds. I found NoNo Brackets and prayed they would work! They turned out to be just right for me but there are a few things to consider before buying: 1. If I were to put up regular curtains I would normally put them much higher on the wall but this is a great alternative for the convenience. Before you buy, think about how it will look in your space, especially if you are buying ones that will fit in a windowsill. If so, then a regular cornice might be worth it.2. I had to buy new poles because mine were too thick. I bought 3/4 inch rods from Ikea (they were cheap) and ended up having to use a rubber band to secure the rod as the security screw on the holster wasn't tight enough to secure it. My curtains cover it up, so it's not an eyesore to me. If I had to re-cast I would buy a lightweight 1 inch rod to avoid this.3. Be sure to purchase a 3 pack regardless of the width of your window. I bought a 3 pack for the long window in my bedroom and a 2 pack for my shorter (64") window in the living room. I had 3 packs to better distribute the weight. As the living room curtains I have , are more decorative than functional, I knew I wouldn't be opening and closing them all the time, which puts more strain on them, so I left everything as is.

Cons
