I live in an apartment building for the elderly and was not allowed to drill a very small hole in the sink cabinet to connect the hot water line. This bidet requires both water lines to be connected to a water source. If a pipe is unplugged, let's say hot water, then water will flow out of it onto the floor! The service technician tried to solve this problem, but there was no way! I was so looking forward to using it! You used to have a cold water bidet, but when your water source is from Lake Erie, it's like using ice water all year round!
