Review on 🚰 GUNMIN Brushed Nickel Finish Pull-Out Spray Head Replacement Part for Kitchen Sink Faucet (D-1005B) by Patrick Gibb

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Ideal for kitchen and bathroom needs

We have a Glacier Bay kitchen faucet and I noticed that when running on full power, a black precipitate comes out. . I emailed the manufacturer and they offered to replace just the head for $45! I decided to take a chance and it fits perfectly. Easy installation. Unscrew the old one, screw on the new one. The color matches the matte nickel finish of the rest of the fixture. This mixing head remembers the previous setting. If you set it to spray and then turn off the tap, it will still be in spray mode the next time you turn it on. Our old one was automatically flushed into the stream every time it was turned off. The pause button is handy - just note that you have to hold the button down for as long as you want the spray to turn off. It's not an on/off button.

Pros
  • Rubber grommet with mesh prevents debris from getting into the atomizer head
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks
