Review on Artemis Health by Russ Mashlan

The staff at Artemis was extremely helpful! They are committed customer service reps who truly want their clients as successful health care companies with high quality services than more traditional insurance agencies can give them!! There isnt anything I dislike about my overall experience with this agency but if there were i would be very happy that I had encountered great leadership along those lines of business. It has given me confidence in helping my employer grow into becoming an expert provider by having good knowledge in knowing how things work regarding managed healthcare options offered within these plans. The interface was easy enough that my non technical coworkers could use it without any training at all! It's not perfect but we have used other health insurance companies with similar interfaces so I know what works well in general. We are able to see detailed claims information (i.e., provider type) which can be very helpful when determining where providers should go next.
