Initial review (updated review below) I'm using this with a Mac. The software runs great on macOS Catalina and delivers high-quality labels. I've compared this to the Zebra printer it replaces and the quality is much better. It works great with ShipStation software and prints accurate labels for UPS and USPS every time. No issues with jams, typos, etc. I 3D printed the label roll holder instead of using the expensive Revain ones. Total cost $0.30! The installation of the driver was not recognized automatically, but it is still very easy. On setup, the automatic paper size detection caused the printer to crash the first time, but it retained the 4x6 thermal paper size and has been working properly ever since. 4 stars for installation. Updated Review (after 4 days of use) The printer would freeze and shut down after almost every print, requiring constant reboots. The printer forgets the label size and has to constantly go through a learning process. All my labels print halfway then freeze even after following all the instructions online. I've rebooted and tried 3 different Macs with different versions all having the same issues and now less than 1 label out of 5 prints correctly. Running on a windows machine seems to work fine, but none of our machines are windows based. The print density is too high (resulting in labels sticking) for USPS or UPS labels with thick lines. If you set the paper size to 100 x 150 mm (4"x6") and the print density to 4 (instead of the default 8), printing will be reliable. //localhost:631/printers" in your web browser.
