I've never had good luck with coasters. They either stick to the bottom of the glass as soon as they get wet, or they stick to the bottom of the glass immediately. drove me crazy However, these are different things. So far there has been no evidence of them sticking to anything I've put on them. I take my drink without even thinking about it and the stand doesn't move a fraction of an inch. The bottom is rubbery enough that traction keeps it in place at all times, even when regular coasters are pushed aside. And they are SO pretty. I liked them so much that I immediately ordered a second set.
