Broken chair no help and no return
I would leave zero stars if I could - I never leave a review, especially a negative one, but this was a terrible purchase. Faulty chair, not strong at all, has a tear in the leg and I've tried to contact support several times over the past two months and they keep giving me excuses and asking for the 'part number' of the chair. broken chair leg (no part number on anything) so I've sent a photo but haven't had a reply yet. And they don't seem to accept returns. So 100โฌ for nothing.
