Purchased 12 Extra Wide Relaxed fit - regular size 12W, 2E or 4EP Pros: Very comfortable to walk on concrete all day Memory foam insole provides excellent shock absorption Sole is quite stiff which reduces pain, if conditions are severe such as toe stiffness or plantar fasciitis Good price compared to other brands of work shoes True to size, plenty of room for very thick socks Composite toe box does not dig in or affect comfort in any way Cons: Shoes can get hot and sweaty become when it's warmer Condition Foam Insole Memory foam doesn't have a glued-in insole, making it difficult to swap out when the original wears out or when you just need extra arch support. There is very little real leather in the upper - the shoe scratches easily and ripped after 6 months of indoor use. .Despite durability issues, the Grinnel is the most comfortable work shoe I have ever worn. The outsole is non-slip on smooth surfaces, so it is best used indoors or on sidewalks.
