I like it very much. It looks sooo good on my dashboard. I even got extra crystals and glue (with them) in case something came loose. This is a good solid piece. Although it hasn't been removed from my dashboard, I'm still concerned (not for the quality). It has been sitting on my order for a week now and so far so good. Inserting and removing the phone from the holder is very easy. He didn't move from Kentucky to Florida. I love it. It is very sweet. Update: It flew off my dash when I was in Florida. I suspect the heat has weakened the suction and/or adhesive. I found a website that said to wash off the glue, clean the dash and reattach. I did that, but it still doesn't work well. I just removed the phone holder part, attached the vent part and stopped there. I still like it, but I liked it better on the dashboard.
