This item is definitely loud but could be easier to use. The loop used to attach to each keychain is too thick. This makes it almost impossible to simply put on or take off a key fob. Sometimes I want to detach it from my keychain and have a 10 minute project to easily remove it. There's also no way to easily swap out the battery. It probably beeps when the battery is low. And the chirping is as loud as an alarm clock. Too loud to indicate low battery. If you want to open it, I wish you the best of luck. To wear ear protection.
