The ability to see where things are going wrong right away is great! We have been able to identify issues with our customer's data very quickly which means we're getting them resolved much quicker than if we didn't know about them. I wish there was an option for more detailed reports but overall it has really helped us track down problems without having to wait days or weeks for feedback from customers. It would be nice if we could filter by department/task as well as specific users - this way we can keep everyone informed of what they need to do next. We've also started using Doxel to manage tickets within Slack instead of emailing people individually. This saves time and lets all team members comment at once. Our organization-wide ticket system used to take forever to resolve because someone had to get back to each person who opened their issue. Now when one user opens an issue it automatically gets assigned to another.
