Rubicon Labs - Terrible customer experience

We had a dedicated account manager and support team that helped us build out a robust security solution. We worked with them for about a year and a half, and then they stopped responding to emails and didn't have a good idea of what we were working on. We are now using a different service and haven't had problems since. We were looking for a service that could help us better understand and manage our network. We needed a system that could help us understand all of our devices, both physical and virtual. They also helped us set up and manage our firewall.

  • It felt almost more important who you knew than how useful your product would be so if someone new came along everything
